English version below
Teil 1
Es werden die Klassifierungsmerkmale von Signalen erläutert: deterministisch vs. stochastisch, periodisch vs. impulsartig, leistungsbegrenzt vs. energiebegrenzt, kausal vs. akausal, zeitkontinuierlich vs. zeitdiskret, wertkontinuierlich vs. wertdiskret, analog vs. digital (Dauer 3:45).
Teil 2

Analogue and digital signals
Part 1
The classification characteristics of signals are explained: deterministic vs. stochastic, periodic vs. impulsive, power-limited vs. energy-limited, causal vs. acausal, continuous-time vs. discrete-time, continuous-value vs. discrete-value, analogue vs. digital (duration 3:45).

Part 2
Basic differences between analogue signals and digital signals are worked out using the example of (analogue) speech or music signals and a short (digital) ASCII text (duration 3:27).
